- 49% of respondents want informative content
- 37% are looking for warm and happy content
- 33% want inspirational content

Respondents aged 18-24 are most likely to want brands to create funny or positive content as a distraction (27%), whereas respondents aged 55+ are the most likely to want to hear how brands are supporting their staff (29%).
