How do you adapt your content for different communications channels?

Here is what some of our Facebook friends had to say about mixing things up:
Next Level Marketing: One way we “recycle” posts and information is to break it down into a few smaller topics and share over a few days. Often a huge article or “50 best tips for your nonprofit” is just too much for many of us to take in (myself included). 🙂
Nami Lexington: We share it in word form on our blog, then use small bits with images or infographics on other media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest). It helps spread the message too, since people don’t always have time for the whole blog post.
Claxon: We change-up the “lead” phrase, add hashtags when appropriate and post at different times of the day.
Federation of Genealogical Societies: One of the things we do is pull out quotes and using Canva create graphics for our different social media platforms. Like others, breaking down longer form content into more digestible bits is key for us.
