Why You Need to Attend This Webinar Series

Unbeknownst to many nonprofits, the emails you send to your mailing list go through an increasingly complicated and sophisticated obstacle course before landing in the inbox.

Much like the more familiar social media algorithms, inbox providers like Gmail, Apple, Outlook, and Yahoo are constantly tweaking the algorithms that decide if and when the emails your nonprofit sends will get delivered — or if they go straight to the spam folder.

Based on the data from our previous Nonprofit Communications Trends Report, we know that the overwhelming majority of nonprofits are either unaware of these changes or don’t know how to respond to them.

If your nonprofit doesn’t act to drastically improve your email engagement strategies, you will very likely bring on your own email apocalypse, where your nonprofit’s emails increasingly go directly to the spam folder, rendering your email marketing campaigns useless.

We’ll explain what you need to know to maintain an engaged list of email subscribers so that your online fundraising, advocacy, and education campaigns are successful.

During this two-part webinar series, you’ll learn:

  • The concepts and best practices around email deliverability and sender reputation so that you can explain it to others

  • How to figure out who is engaged and who isn’t

  • How to create a re-engagement campaign

  • How to create a welcome series for new subscribers

  • Trends in email design for marketing and fundraising

  • Current approaches to email appeals

  • Email content strategy advice

Don’t leave the future of your email communications and online effectiveness to chance! Learn what you need to know to manage your email program for long-term success.

BONUS!

Participants will also receive a copy of Nonprofit Marketing Guide’s 2025 Email Engagement Playbook, our annual guide with specific instructions and tips for improving your email marketing program.
