More time, more staff, more money — not a big shocker there. And for many of you, not much hope of significant change on the horizon with any of the three.
I am not trying to minimize how important those things are. I’m just trying to be realistic about what your next steps could be.
When I removed words like time, staff, people, resources, money, budget, communications, and marketing, it looks more like this:
Now we see a somewhat different focus, and perhaps one that you can do something about: getting a better strategy or plan and dedicating existing staff resources to it.
So maybe the better question is, How can you make your communications and marketing more successful given your current resources?
