While we know a lot of you are completely overwhelmed or stressed by your job, we also know a lot of you are out there kicking butt!
Your campaigns get attention. Your advocates make change happen. Emails are being opened and checks are being mailed. You are on top of the world!
So how do you handle that success?
When things go right we tend to react in two very different ways – get cocky and complacent or think we just got lucky.
There is no need to have “imposter syndrome” and think you didn’t really do anything to earn your success. But you also shouldn’t rest on your laurels and stop moving forward.
